About the Machine

VHS machine is designed for non-food products only. This includes phone accessories (chargers, cables, power banks), hygiene items (deodorant, tissues, hair ties), personal care products, stationery, and other everyday essentials. The specific product range is entirely up to you — you choose what to stock based on your venue and customers.

The machine holds up to 120 products across up to 8 different product types. The exact configuration will depend on the size of the products you choose to stock.

The machine measures 850 x 500 x 245mm and weighs 38kg. It is compact and designed to fit comfortably in corridors, lobbies, changing rooms, and other high-footfall areas without taking up excessive space.

Yes. The machine can be wall-mounted or placed freestanding on one of our optional stands. Wall-mounting is ideal where floor space is limited.

The machine is cashless and contactless-ready, accepting card payments. There is no cash handling required, which keeps operations clean and simple.

Yes. The machine features a 32-inch full HD digital touchscreen. The screen can display dynamic video and slideshow advertising, a product selection menu, and promotional content — all managed remotely via your dashboard.

Rental & Purchase

With rental, you pay a predictable monthly fee for access to the machine. It is a lower-commitment option, ideal if you want to test vending in your venue before a longer-term decision. With purchase, you own the machine outright and benefit from better long-term ROI, with full control over every aspect of the operation.

Stock & Operations

You are responsible for stocking and restocking the machine. This gives you full control over what products you sell and at what price. The backend system will alert you when stock is running low, so you always know when to act.

You source and purchase your own products. VHS provides the machine, the infrastructure, and the insights — the stock itself is entirely your business, giving you the freedom to choose your margins and suppliers.

Your VHS dashboard provides live stock level monitoring and automated low-stock alerts. You will be notified before a product runs out, so you can plan restocking efficiently.

The stock levels are monitored through the dashboard and the technical issues – I will put in group chat what our warranty period is for purchased and what technical support we offer for both.

The Backend System

The VHS backend is a secure, private management portal that gives you real-time visibility of your machine's performance. You can monitor live sales, track stock levels, view per-product performance reports, and manage multiple sites — all from one place.

Access is provided as part of both the rental and purchase packages. Your login credentials will be set up during the onboarding process.

Yes. The machine connects via 4G or WiFi for real-time reporting and remote content management. This means your sales data and stock alerts are always up to date.
